Our venue hire rates below are standard and do not include special offers or discounts. For special rates, please select dates from our availability calendar.

Sunday before Bank Holidays are charged at the Saturday rate. Bank Holidays are charged at the Sunday rate.
Bank Holiday Fridays are charged at the Friday rate. New Years Eve is charged at peak Saturday rate.

Food & Drink

Our menus are designed to be flexible and work with your vision, allowing us to create a bespoke experience tailored to your event. Featuring seasonal ingredients and carefully curated dishes, plates are priced per head and inclusive of VAT. We also offer a selection of delicious drink options, each priced individually. Accommodation

Brookfield Barn has 10 bedrooms. All accommodation is exclusively for you and your guests. Brookfield Barn can sleep up to twenty-three adults and five children.

The accommodation is available to book as a whole, the cost is shown below. Prices shown include VAT.

Our Honeymoon Suite is offered free of charge to our couples if all rooms are booked within 2 months of booking the venue. If you wish to book the Honeymoon suite, please see the prices below.
