Welcome to Brookfield Barn; a secluded West Sussex wedding and event venue that blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Each of the 11 stylish bedrooms have been designed as a tranquil, rural retreat for guests, with some rooms boasting exquisite lake views.

Whether you are organising a wedding, special celebration or corporate event, rooms at Brookfield Barn guarantee your guests a restful stay followed by a delicious breakfast with a view of the West Sussex countryside.

The Aylesbury Suite

The Brookfield Barn executive suite is an idyllic retreat perfect for the guests of honour at any celebration. This private sanctuary serves as the honeymoon suite for our wedding couples and offers stunning views of the lake and lush grounds, allowing couples to wake up to nature’s beauty. The spacious room provides a peaceful haven to relax and unwind after a busy and tiring day.

Guest accommodation

Preparation spaces

At Brookfield Barn, you can get ready for your event right here on site in our two dedicated preparation spaces.

Lakeview is a serene, light-filled preparation suite overlooking the water. Inside, you’ll find hair and makeup stations, a separate dressing room with floor-to-ceiling mirrors (perfect for viewing dresses), a bar area, and a shower. Outside, the lakeside terrace provides a beautiful backdrop for photographs. Meanwhile, The Lodge is a warm, rustic-inspired retreat featuring comfy seating, a dedicated dressing zone, and an outdoor seating area (ideal for relaxing with a beer).

Both settings offer comfort and privacy before your big day and include ample space for pre-ceremony drinks and breakfasts.

The morning after

Let the celebrations continue the morning after with a delicious continental breakfast with a view, complete with plenty of coffee before the journey home. We have our very own breakfast room, housing three family-style tables with space for up to 24 guests.
