At Brookfield Barn, we offer a selection of handmade cocktails which we can tailor to each wedding couple. This can be based on the couple’s preferences, their wedding theme or colour, their favourite flavours and even the names of the cocktails. We’ll always aim to create a cocktail that suits their personalities and style.

We go on a journey with our couples, so we’ll engage with them throughout the planning process and ensure we get to know them. Sometimes, couples want special beers or casks available for guests, or they’ll want to collaborate with us to design a “his & hers” (or his & his/ hers & hers) cocktail that brings their personalities across. We’ll always try to meet our customers’ requirements and bring their ideas to life, wherever possible.

Shaking up celebrations with cocktails

Cocktails are definitely the new normal. Our cocktail and mocktail menu adds that next level of guest interaction and experience to weddings.

Our most popular cocktail is the classic Espresso Martini. We find this cocktail is the perfect after-dinner drink for when guests are beginning to feel tired after their meal. The Espresso Martini gives them a quick pick-me-up with the espresso and coffee liqueur, with the vodka offering a smooth transition from day to night. The boost of energy leaves them ready to continue the party into the night.

The bar is the central hub of any wedding day

The bar may not be the main focus of the day (that is, of course, the wedding couple), but it’s always the central hub of activity. Throughout the day, most, if not all, of the guests will approach the bar at some point. With this in mind, the bar team works hard to ensure every guest feels taken care of.

Making connections

Because the bar is open throughout the day, the bartenders get to know many of the guests from the very start of the event until the very end. They experience the day alongside the guests.

The bartenders engage with guests and help them make a selection they’ll love. They share their expertise in crafting drinks with them, from our non-alcoholic range to our spritzes and cocktails, and a broad selection of beers and wines. This can help keep the guests energised and happy throughout the event. Our amazing bar team all have unique personalities and are happy to talk, joke, and keep guests entertained even when buying a drink.

What I love about weddings at Brookfield Barn

My favourite thing about working at Brookfield Barn is seeing the many different ways weddings and events are brought to life. Some events have long, banquet-style tables, and some have classic round ones. Some weddings focus on casual dining, whereas some prefer a formal sit-down dinner. No two events are the same, and each one showcases what we are capable of doing to create the day that couples have always dreamed of.
